My Work

I am an early talent at SAP, working as a Partner Marketing Intern on the Global Ecosystem & Mid-market Marketing team. Before joining the German software company, I've had the honor to intern at Atlas Copco (a Swedish multinational industrial company) and MoMo E-Wallet (the largest e-wallet in Vietnam). 
I also have experience working for non-profit organizations through volunteering and participating in class projects.

Partner Marketing Intern

During my 8 months at SAP, I had the freedom to develop global marketing campaigns, initiatives, committees to support the partner-led demand generation team. I also learned how to process data and turn them into business insights and actionable items. 

Atlas Copco

Digital Marketing Intern

During 10 weeks at Atlas Copco, I utilized Sprout Social to draft, schedule, and analyze content to improve their online presence.
I also collaborated with interns from other departments to brainstorm marketing campaigns for our industrial products.

We researched potential systems that the non-profit can leverage to collect rent more effectively. We also developed a survey for them to collect their tenants' opinion to improve the rent-collecting process.

We worked with our client, Great Oaks Adult Education, to carry out an assessment of their enrollment process to find its strengths and pain points. After that, we support in the creation of marketing assets to promote their programs and facilities.

Plan & Execute Global Initiatives

  • Conduct a focus group with SAP partners across regions, developing the questionnaire, interviewing participants, analyzing the results to drive the utilization of global campaigns materials 

  • Create on-brand assets (LinkedIn copy, presentations, emails, reports) for global and regional marketing initiatives, driving participation from internal and external stakeholders

Agencies Management

  • Collect, organize, and redesign materials for the catalog that is used by stakeholders to manage our 12+ agencies from across the globe and their 50+ offers.

  • Design a qualitative study to evaluate the agencies and their programs, conducting interviews with the Partner Marketing Managers and building a Qualtrics assessment form. 

  • Shadow calls of agencies and Endorsed App (EA) partners to ensure the quality of work that the agencies are delivering, enhancing the partners' experience with SAP and with the EA program.  

Demand Generation Campaigns

  • Launch a LinkedIn campaign that encourages stakeholders to discuss marketing practices, maintaining a relationship with them while generating a continuous conversation that will create pipeline.

  • Utilize WorkSpan to track and report the fundings and activities of previous/current programs run for our EA partners, supporting the PMMs with the creation of quarterly business review presentation.

Marketing Campaigns and Assets

  • Built and executed inbound marketing campaigns, drafted monthly content calendars, creating posts and graphics that follow the brand's voice and guidelines. 

  • Collaborated with interns from all apartments to develop marketing campaigns that promote the company's industrial products. 

  • Utilized the social media management tool, SproutSocial to develop automated content streams; leveraged data and market insights for engagement optimization.

  • Designed internal and external-facing graphics for the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams.  

Website Audit

  • Audited our website to enhance the user experience; built 2 chatbots; uploaded and managed content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Gathered and organized the materials needed onto our division's Sharepoint site

MoMo E-Wallet

Social Media Intern

MoMo's annual mobile game, Lac Xi

Lac Xi, is an annual marketing campaign that runs during Lunar New Year. Here's the report of the 2021 game, the campaign that I participated in during my time as an intern:  

  • 11 millions users played the game 

  • 250 millions transactions in the game were made

  • 20+ community groups on Facebook were formed where users discuss about the game

How I contributed to the campaign: 

  • Cross-Function Collaboration: ​

    • Communicate with the Product Development team and stay updated on the app's information to plan content for social media 

    • Report data gathered online regarding customers' satisfaction about the app/the game, bugs, ways to improve the game 

    • Create scripts for the Design team to plan visuals for social media posts 

  • Content Planning: 

    • In charge of a content calendar, which includes my posts, the corresponding visuals, and a timeline

  • Online Community Management: ​

    • Plan activities to keep the communities on Facebook (100k+ users) actively sharing about the app/the game​

    • Direct unhappy customers to the Customer Service team  

STEAM for Vietnam

A non-profit that offers free coding courses to Vietnamese children, partnering with UNICEF, Google, Microsoft, and educational organizations in Vietnam. It was founded in 2019 and ran by Vietnamese professionals and students around the world. Up until 2022, there have been a total of 18,000 Vietnamese students from 34 countries applied to take STEAM for Vietnam's courses. 

Part-Time Graphic Designer 

  • Visuals Creation: 

    • Research and create teaching materials/visuals for coding courses, which have had a total of 18,000 students 

    • Assist in the developing of digital marketing campaign, boosting the non-profit's brand awareness 

  • Project Management: ​

    • Manage projects according to plan, including monitoring, communicating progress with other team's leaders, and ensuring the brand consistency.

  • Collaborated with our client to map out the problem that they're facing and developed a specific timeline to deliver solutions.

  • Build an evaluation using Google Form for our client to assess their customers' level of comfortability with technology and their ability of adopt new technology.

  • Researched and composed a document of third party rent-collecting systems that our client could utilize.

Great Oaks Adult Education
(
Public Relation Campaign Class Group Project) 

A 3-month group project where we worked with our client, Great Oaks Adult Education, to increase their enrollment rate. To reach that ultimate goal, we worked to enhance their online presence as well as improve their enrollment process. 

Brand Marketer/ Project Manager 

  • Social Media Planning:

    • Evaluated the content on my client's social media accounts 

    • Proposed a content calendar including written content, visuals, and a posting schedule for my client to improve their performance on Facebook and Instagram platforms

  • Website Evaluation:  

    • Evaluated the content and the flow of my client's website

    • Proposed ways to improve the wording and the layout of the website to improve the user experience on our client's website

  • Enrollment Process Evaluation:

    • Analyzed the result of our client's survey on the enrollment process 

    • Summarized 120+ responses from students into a report that includes the strengths, the weaknesses of the process, and ways in which our client can help improve the students' experience. 

  • Project Management: ​

    • Keep track of deadlines and the group's overall work to deliver high-quality proposals and reports
